Susanna is responsible for the management and development of HR matters at Ampner, together with the rest of the staff. As an HR Generalist, her job includes the management of employment matters from contracts to company benefits, recruitment, and various kinds of development projects related, for example, to systems and the creation of processes. At Ampner, Susanna supports the development of a corporate culture that is in line with the company’s strategy and structures that support growth. Her job also includes internal communications and legislative matters.

Susanna has a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, and before Ampner has worked, for example, as an HR consultant. Susanne reads a lot of literature related to HR and management and actively follows discussions in the field. “I listen to working life-related podcasts while jogging and draw ideas from them for my own work”.

Susanna is an energetic and passionate developer, who likes to get things done. In her leisure time, she likes to spend time with her family, work on her never-ending interior decoration and garden projects, work out at the gym and go jogging. Susanna says that in modern working life, recovery skills are especially important. She recommends doing things that you genuinely enjoy and that give you a rest from the constant brain work that expert work requires.
