Einari first started at Ampner as a summer worker. After that he wrote his dissertation for Ampner and was later given a permanent job in the company. Einari received a master’s degree in Electrical and Energy Engineering in 2018. His job includes leading the Power Engineering team, electrical design, calculation and simulation work, providing consultation for customers and documentation. His work also includes a sales aspect when customer projects are being implemented.

The freedom to plan your own work, the opportunity to develop business operations and operational efficiency, and seeing the effects of your own contribution are important elements of enjoying one’s job. Einari says that for him, being able to constantly develop in his work and deepen his knowledge are also key. He finds that he has been able to realise these aspects well at Ampner over the years and he has been able to assume more responsibilities as his expertise has increased. Einari ensures a balance between his work and free time by spending time with his family and friends and by going to the gym regularly. He also plays a guitar for fun.
