Ampner carried out a customer satisfaction survey among its Power Engineering customers during this spring. The results are now ready.

We inquired, among others, the satisfaction on Ampner’s services as a whole. Over 86% of the respondents gave us a grade 4 or 5 on a scale of 1-5, the average grade being 4. When asked how likely our customers would recommend Ampner to others, over 50% of the respondents gave a grade 9 or 10. To sum up, over 90% would recommend Ampner to others with a grade 8 or higher.

Ampner received a lot of praise about the versatile expertise and strong technical skills of our personnel as well as the quality of the delivered material. In addition, the customers were happy about the price-quality ratio of our services and the easy communication with us.

In the survey we received also some development ideas and requests, of which we are very grateful. Those will be taken into consideration in our future development projects.

The Ampner team is extremely glad and feels honoured of this good feedback. We warmly thank all respondents and strive to meet their expectations also in the future.
